Nicole Founded the ‘Power of Mum’ programme now in its fourth year after becoming a mum herself.

Nicole’s positive outlook on life shines through in her classes. Inspiring you to unlock your inner- strength whilst empowering you to be the best version of yourself. Nicole is passionate about women training to be strong and functional, building the foundations from the core.

Eloise Lambert

Pilates, Barre & Holistic movement Specialist

If you have never taken one of Eloise’s classes you are in for a treat.

Across the weekend you will experience pilates, barre and her signature ‘Fawe’ class inspired by the four elements, to restore balance & ignite our self dynamic. Eloise will work muscles you never knew you had bringing self-achievement, fun and a bullet proof core and glutes!

2pm – Lunch

5pm -5.30pm – POWER OF MUm WORKOUT 5.30pm - 6pm - meditation & sound healing
