Hi, I’m Nicole! As a fully qualified personal trainer and post-natal fitness specialist based in Buckinghamshire, you might like to think of me as your very own cheerleader.

One of my biggest joys in life is championing women like you so you can achieve all of the health and fitness goals you put your mind to. (Yes, even the ones you thought were out of reach!)

As a busy mum of one, I truly understand how tricky it can be to show up for yourself when you have kids. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to show you that not only is finding time to exercise possible, it’s essential!

My strength-based workouts don’t just burn fat and build muscle. With a focus on building both a strong body and mind, they give you the energy, confidence, and clarity of mind you need to thrive as a mum.

I’m pleased as punch to say that my signature programme, Power Of Mum, has already helped 100s of women (like you!) establish sustainable fitness routines, regain their confidence, and rediscover themselves.
